Dr. Dwivedi was recruited following fellowship training in vascular surgery at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, New York and joined the faculty in vascular surgery in 2007. Dr. Dwivedi’s clinical interests include diseases of the thoracic aorta (TEVAR), hemodialysis access, continuous study of the roles of open, hybrid, and minimally invasive endovascular therapies in relation to cost and outcome.

Dr. Sigdel completed fellowship training in vascular surgery at Methodist DeBakey Heart and Vascular Center at Houston Methodist Hospital. Dr. Sigdel's clinical interests include aortic aneurysms, endovascular and vascular options of peripheral artery disease, venous disease and hemodialysis access.

Dr. Wayne completed fellowship training in vascular surgery at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.
Dr. Wayne's clinical interests include aortic aneurysms, endovascular and vascular options of peripheral artery disease, venous disease and hemodialysis access.
